Why do conservatives complain about social health care/education … when they are the best in the world?

the nations that score at the top all use social programs for the services they offer…

shouldn’t these countries be at the bottom if social programs don’t work?

The health care part of the question is obvious. There are people in this country who can’t afford health care and that shouldn’t be. For a couple, in their 40s, with hospitalization, doctor and prescription co-pay, the cost is over 1000.00 per month. I don’t know a lot of people who can afford that, do you? At least Canada provides health care for all of their citizens.
